 Katie Fortunato, Director of Elementary Faith Formation
Katie is our Director of Faith Formation for Elementary grades K-5. Prior to this, she taught for 4 joy filled years in St. Andrew’s Early Childhood Center.
Katie is certified as a Master Catechist. She holds a MS degree in Educational and Counseling Psychology and was previously licensed as a Professional Counselor. She has special training in play therapy and the treatment of victims and survivors of sexual abuse. She worked in the Archdiocese of Atlanta for 6 years as Director of Project Aware: The Office of Child and Youth Protection.
Katie is married and has two children. She loves to read and walk her dog.
