Youth to Senior Outreach

The Youth to Senior Outreach ministry  reaches out to enrich the lives of low income senior citizens in the area.  Working with Resources For Seniors, an aging services nonprofit agency in Raleigh, NC, middle and high school youths meet to build wheelchair ramps,  repair rotted wood and do other small jobs that enable elderly citizens to live their lives to the fullest. Teams consisting of two adult and 4 to 5 youth volunteers meet one Saturday a month from 7:45 am until Noon.
