St. Andrew Room Use Guidelines

Before completing the Room Reservation form, we ask that you please read the following guidelines for room use at St. Andrew's and click the "I Accept" button at the bottom to acknowledge your agreement to abide by these guidelines. Thank you!

Please Use Our Facilities Wisely

1. Always return the tables and chairs to their original configuration (see diagram on the room wall for configuration) and turn the lights off when leaving the room. If you need tables or chairs from other rooms, please put them back when you are done.
2. Please clean up any trash or mess you have created.
3. Food and beverage can only be served in the Fellowship Hall and kitchen.
4. Please no paints or chemicals in the rooms at any time.
5. Please no open flames or heaters.
6. Please no unattended children under the age of 18 at any time.
7. Please use only the room (s) you have reserved.
8. Please DO NOT attempt to change or adjust the room thermostats, they are programmed for energy efficiency.
9. Please DO NOT unlock or open windows.
10. Children should not be allowed to play in the hallways. This disturbs other groups in the building.
11. Please no children under the age of 18 years in the buildings or on the grounds of the campus without adult supervision.
12. If you plan to use the kitchen facility during your event, you must request it on this form.
