Who We Are
Triangle Contemplative Outreach (TCO) is an ecumenical network that supports the practice of Centering Prayer in the Triangle area--Raleigh, Durham, Chapel Hill and beyond.
We encourage the practice of Centering Prayer through Introductions to Centering, Quarterly Mornings of Prayer, retreats, and facilitator workshops/enrichment days. We also publish a quarterly newsletter with current information about events, books of interest, and other spiritual practices to enrich our spiritual journey. (See link at right)

The Current TCO Newsletter
As a network, Triangle Contemplative Outreach uses the newsletter to keep individual practitioners and groups connected with each other. The newsletter publicizes the resources and events available to the network, including TCO quarterly days of prayer, retreat opportunities, thoughts about Centering, and other news of the network.
To receive the next copy of the newsletter and get on the TCO mailing list, please send contact information to Claudia Mormino, our list administrator. Send your name, address, city, state, zip, phone and email address to-- cmormino@earthlink.net

Guidelines for Forming and Facilitating Centering Prayer Groups
The Leadership Team of TCO exists to support the practice of centering prayer in any way we can. That includes not only the workshops introducing centering, but also ongoing support to the groups through helping them get established, visiting occasionally, suggesting resources, holding days of enrichment for facilitators and long-time practitioners, quarterly mornings of prayer, and retreats.
The guidelines presented here are presented for your support as you undertake this challenging spiritual journey.
If you have questions, comments or suggestions, please don't hesitate to contact a member of the Leadership Team, or email centeringprayer@saintandrew.org

Contemplative Outreach ltd. Visits the Triangle
Contemplative Outreach, in the persons of Fr. Thomas Keating, Fr. Carl Arico, and Marie Howard came to the Triangle as part of the Twentieth Anniversary outreach tour, An Invitation to Generosity. They were here for a Facilitators' Enrichment day on Sat. October 30, and a more widely attended afternoon program plus reception on Sun. October 31, 2004. St. Francis of Assisi Parish in North Raleigh hosted the events.
Learning together, praying together, laughing together, Triangle practitioners are grateful for the time spent deepening our relationship with the International Office.
