Parish Library Closed Temporarily

Closed temporarily beginning in June, the parish library renovation is underway; it will remain closed until construction is completed in that section of the building. Please return all outstanding borrowed materials directly to the Parish Office.

ECUMENICAL TRENDS - Franciscan Friars of the Atonement - a monthly publication of the Graymoor Ecumenical Institute.
L'OSSERVATORE ROMANO - English edition received weekly. It carries the Pope’s discourses and reports on the activities of the Holy See as well as on the main events taking place in the church in Italy and around the world. Vatican Website

It is important to observe the posted simple rules and regulations in order that all patrons may enjoy their library. Items may be borrowed for a reasonable period of time, such as required at the Public Library. Most materials are shelved by CATEGORY. A group of books written for and about Pope John Paul II and Pope Benedict XVI are together on a special shelf in the BIOGRAPHY section.

REFERENCE materials such as encyclopedias, dictionaries and other designated items marked REFERENCE may not be removed from the library, newspapers and magazines fall into that category.

If you have difficulty locating an item, please check the "Sign Out Binder"; another patron may have signed out your selection. Also check the books on display throughout the room. Items MUST be signed out in the "Sign Out Binder" as follows: Sign out by TITLE….. (disregarding “A” “And” and “The”) . Upon RETURN , please "X" out and place item in the RETURN BOX . Do not return materials to the shelves.
