To provide immediate assistance to our neighbors in need. WWCM provides residents of Apex and Holly Springs with food pantry and emergency financial aid services.
WWCM was started in 1983 by one of St. Andrew’s founding parishioners, Antoinette Clark. She worked with people from other local churches to open a food pantry in the Apex area. St. Andrew’s parishioners have supported WWCM with food, financial support and volunteers since its beginning. St. Andrew’s is one of the largest supporters of WWCM to this day. WWCM is an ecumenical organization supported by many local churches, businesses, civic organizations and individuals.

If individuals or groups would like to do a food drive at any time, there is a list of food items on the WWCM website under "Food Drive Ideas".
Food can be taken directly to WWCM during office hours which are Monday - Thursday from 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM. If you need other arrangements, you may call WWCM at 362-0657 or e-mail: info@wwcm.org. There is also a food collection box located just outside the church office at St. Andrew's where you can drop off food at any time.
