Carol Blackford , Parish Secretary
Carol was born in Silver Creek, NY and has lived in Maryland, Minnesota and San Diego before moving to Cary. Carol joined St. Andrew in March of 1994. She is the mother of 3 children and enjoys socializing, walking and reading at the beach.
