Betsey Fowler, Mother’s Morning Out Director

Betsey Fowler

Betsey, a North Carolina native, is married and has one daughter. She began as a teacher with St. Andrew’s Mothers Morning Out program in 1989, and became the director in 2001. As director, she oversees the program which provides a safe, secure and nurturing environment for one and two year olds.

Her hobbies include reading and swimming.
